We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests and will have a seating chart. Your invitation will be made out to each individual who is invited including children and plus ones.

Your invite will include the names of children who are invited. Since it's going to be a late night, we encourage you to make this a parents night out if you are able!

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up for our big day. Dress code is Summer Cocktail Attire. No Denim please. Garden party vibes - Feel free to wear bright and floral colors! Ladies - There is grass & gravel, so plan accordingly for your footwear. Block heels, platforms, flats, etc. are recommended to easily get around.

Because the ceremony begins at 5:00pm, we recommend you aim to arrive by 4:30pm. We will have a short beverage service open so you can take a drink to the ceremony.

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the Brides parents property - High Banks Ranch (5790 High Banks Rd. Springfield, OR. 97478). There will be a sign and balloons at the end of the driveway!

We will have parking attendants directing where to park. Parking will be located in the front field of the farm.

YES! We will have cocktails, beer and wine for our guests. Along with a variety of nonalcoholic drinks. Drinks are our treat to you.

Since our venue is right in the town of Thurston, ride service such as Uber, Lyft and Oregon Taxi will be available to get you home. Please feel free to leave your cars overnight if you've had too much to drink!
